Robert G. Olvey is a lifelong resident of Pocahontas, having lived on the same street most of his life. A graduate of Pocahontas High School, where he was a model student and bass drum player in the high school band. A son of C E Olvey, Jr. and Jean Martin Olvey, and grandson of founder, Lantie R Martin, Bob began his career at Martin Agency, Inc. upon graduation from ASU- Jonesboro in 1970.

Netia Olvey, a lifetime resident of Randolph County, grew up on a farm in the beautiful rolling hills of Randolph County between Attica and Warm Springs. She is the daughter of Bill & Elsie Hayes and attended Maynard schools. Netia married into the Olvey family in 1978 and shortly thereafter began work in the agency, on a part time basis at first and later full time in the agency accounting role.

Rob is the 4th generation of his family to be an owner and agent at the Martin Agency. He is married to Michelle Olvey and has 3 children Mathias, Ruby, and Lilly. He has over 20 years of experience as an agent and handles all lines of insurance. He is also very active in the local community, being a member of the Pocahontas City Council, RiverBank board, and a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church. Rob is also a LeadAR alumni, former Randolph County Chamber of Commerce board president, and a Black River Technical College Foundation board member.

Jessica West is a lifelong resident of Randolph County. She attended Pocahontas schools and graduated in 2003. She began her career at Martin Agency in February 2018 and obtained her insurance license in December 2018. She is the mother of Brennyn West. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. As an insurance agency, she assess client needs, recommends appropriate insurance coverage for their homes, vehicles, businesses, and other properties plus negotiates policies with insurance carriers.

Melissa Eason is a resident of Randolph County. She is married to Logan Eason and is a mother of 3 children, Alex, Adrianna, and William. Melissa is a member of Main Street Church of Christ in Walnut Ridge. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym. As an insurance customer sales representative, she serves as the primary point of contact for policyholders by providing them assistance with inquires, policy changes, and claims processing.

Emily Luffman is a resident of Randolph County. She graduated from Sloan Hendrix in 2019 and is a dog mom to her adoptive dog Khalessi. In her spare time she teaches water aerobics, reading books, and spending with her family and friends. As a customer service representative, her role revolves around providing comprehensive support policyholders. She handles inquiries regarding policy details, claims processing, and policy adjustments when needed.
